			Upon completion of your Preliminary Design (Pre-Design and Planning), the Final Design and Construction Documents Phase turns your vision into a format used for permitting and construction. The construction documents or working drawings are created with great detail and accuracy by Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD). Along with your construction documents, A/E Technologies will provide specifications which outline the quality of materials and workmanship to use during your bidding and construction process. The Construction documents shall consist of, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Site Plan and Details -denoting required parking. (No civil drawings) 2. Foundation Plan and Detail 3. Floor Plan 4. Detail Sheet and Finish Schedule, Door Schedules, and Window Schedules 5. Roof Framing Plan and Detail Sections 6. Wall Sections and Building Sections 7. Exterior Building Elevations 8. HVAC Plan and Details 9. Plumbing Plan and Details 10. Electrical Plan and Details 11. Specifications



			Your architect will conduct, either in person or by phone, a series of plan reviews at various stages of the projects completion. This will enable you to see the progress and make any necessary adjustments to your plans as the design finalizes. If you choose, A/E Technologies can assist the church upon completion of the drawings, by guiding you through the Bid Process, selection of a General Contractor, Construction Manager or finding a construction firm.
