							A/E Technologies' prime objective in putting this program together was to develop an approach to stewardship based on the Word of God, and thus establish the proper mind set so this would be a time of spiritual renewal rather than just a fund-raising effort. To accomplish this objective, we based our approach on I Chronicles 29:1-9. This passage describes David’s approach to meeting the financial needs as the Temple was being planned, and also provides insight for organizing your funding effort.





							A/E Technologies will assist the church leadership in planning, organizing, and training for a capital funding campaign. Our Stewardship Program will provide training seminars and leader’s manuals which are invaluable tools in assisting your congregation. We provide the following for your program: 1. Orientation manuals to all leaders involved 2. Assistance in selection of team members 3. Orientation and training sessions for the general organization of the campaign 4. Orientation and training sessions for the visitation teams 5. Additional consultation on an as-needed basis during the campaign 6. Assistance in the preparation of a "Loan Portfolio"





							The manuals we will share with you contain the information we mentioned above. They will assist in the selection of committee members, each leader’s responsibilities, and the items they need to conduct their crucial part of the program. The whole training process and pre-campaign set-up will take from 4-6 weeks before the kick-off Sunday. This will allow enough time for each committee member to gather their additional volunteers, and for printing of any documents they may need, as outlined in the manuals.



							The Stewardship Funding Campaign is a six-week program, and culminates in a celebration banquet, after pledges are collected and totaled. A renewal Banquet is held at the end of year one. New pledge cards are taken for year two and three depending on campaign times and variations. For more information, please contact our firm.
